I’m Such a Ham

Well I totally am. But for real, I’m a Ham radio operator now. My call sign is KI4USZ in case, you know, you had a burning desire to have that information. Just in time for RARSfest too. Go me.

Also, I’m now #2. Go me again. I’m just rockin’ my own socks off this week.

I’m #3!

Woohoooooo! I’m now #3 on the current bestseller list. You guys rock. Thanks again! Also, I’m now up on Fictionwise. Unfortunately, my blurb ends with “Lon couldn’t possibly love her in spit…” when you search for my book. In fairness, though, I’m not sure I could possibly love her in spit either.

By the way, if any of you were holding out for a deal, you can get Love In Shadow at Fictionwise for 15% off, but just for this week because it’s nyoo. I doubt it will ever go on sale again, so now’s your chance. Buy, my pretties.

Annnd, I have another favor to ask: If you liked my book, would you write a review of it? I know it’s terribly promo-hoish of me to ask, but hey, being a promo ho is what got me to #3, so… In any case, here are several places where you can write a review, and/or rate my book, should you feel so inclined:

The Wild Rose Press – Click “Read Reviews” in the bottom left, and then “Write a Review” in the bottom right.

If you bought it from Fictionwise, go to your bookshelf and use the Rate this eBook dropdown.

Top 10 Reasons To Buy "Love In Shadow"

Love In Shadow is available today from The Wild Rose Press! And in case you need more convincing, here are the Top 10 Reasons To Buy “Love In Shadow,” says me:

10. You can buy it while sitting in front of your computer naked. Try that at Barnes & Noble. (And send me pictures if you do, please.)
9. There are fairies. But they don’t have wings. Intriguing, no?
8. It’s only 21 pages long and ideal for anyone new to eBooks! You can read the whole thing on your computer screen quite comfortably. No fancy equipment necessary.
7. The heroine is a redhead, and you know you love redheaded heroines, even if you won’t admit it.
6. It totally looks like work, so you can read it at the office without fear.
5. It’s a romantic fantasy paranormal with an Old West feel. Oh, and a castle. Something for everyone!
4. Someday, when I am rich and famous, you can drop my name at dinner parties as such: “Ah yes,” you say, pausing thoughtfully, “I read Sonja Foust’s very first published short story in 2007. I knew, even then, that she was destined for greatness.”
3. No heaving bosoms, so even if you’re a romance (dare I say) “virgin,” this one won’t scare you.
2. It’s a story of my heart, and one that had been marinating for a loooong time before I finally edited and sent it off. I really think it will resonate with you.
1. I will love you forever.

Go forth and purchase!
