Goal number 16 on my 30 Before 30 list is to finish a full cycle of P90X. For those of you who don’t know, P90X is a video workout program that promises to get you all ripped and stuff after 90 days. It’s hard work. I made a first attempt at it a few months ago and only got through about 40 days. This time, I’m going to DO IT–
Which means that I’m going to need my blog to keep me accountable… and that means the return of the Weekly Fatass. I know you all are excited.
I will begin my quest on Tuesday, July 13. Why that day? I don’t know. Tuesday sounded like a good day. Also, that means that my weekly “day off” (the one day out of 7 when I can opt to either do nothing or do the stretch DVD) will be on Mondays, and everyone needs a little help on Mondays.
Each Tuesday following, I will post my weekly progress here, on teh blogg. P90X suggests taking pictures to compare with your day 0 pictures at day 30, day 60, and day 90 so that you can see your progress. My day 0 pictures will never see the light of day, so I’m not posting day 30, 60, and 90 with the comparisons unless this really works and I can point and laugh at my former self and say, “You flabby flab. I will pump YOU UP!”
