I love shoes. The fact that shoes count in the 33 items you can wear for Project 333 kills me. But, I think I managed to pick some good ones for the month.
At least I thought I did.
Turns out that the shoes I had problems with before are trouble-makers again.
I attempted to fix them with a hot glue gun. I was confident that it would work. I was confident that mustard yellow was a good color to choose for my fall wardrobe. I had a matching blazer. And today…
So, I now have several choices. I could:
- Try to fix the shoes again. But they’re cheaply made and I don’t really want to spend money on fixing them, so it pretty much has to be a do-it-yourself job.
- Throw them out and replace them with a pair of shoes from the vast collection I’ve hidden in the upstairs closet.
- Throw them out and replace them with a new pair of mustard yellow flats because I want mustard yellow flats, dang it.
I haven’t decided yet. What would you do?
