Not-so-secret Ingredient Chili
Friday was our first annual chili cook-off at work. We had six entries, all great. My chili from my mom’s recipe didn’t win (boo), but I still think it’s pretty darn good. Local romance authors meet Colin Firth
To romance fans, Colin Firth isn’t just Colin Firth. He’s Mr. Darcy (twice over– once in the BBC “Pride and Prejudice” miniseries and once in “Bridget Jones’ Diary”), and he’s the romance fan’s embodiment of the perfect hero.
Colin Firth was in the Raleigh area last week filming for the movie “Arthur Newman, Golf Pro.” He turned up in the Moore Square area one day, and word got out. A couple of Raleigh-area romance authors went out to Moore Square and got to meet Mr. Firth.
